After School Fitness Program for Kids
The After School Fitness Program at The AB Kids is something we are very passionate about.
At The AB Kids Club, our after-school program gives kids the freedom to move, play, and explore in a way that feels natural and fun.
Each afternoon includes an active play session where kids can choose what lights them up — from indoor soccer and basketball to gymnastics, dance, ninja relays, and more. It’s all about variety, choice, and keeping them energised after a big day at school.
We believe kids thrive when they’re inspired, supported, and free to try new things at their own pace. Whether they’re bursting with energy or just need to take it easy, there’s always something for them here.
Alongside all the fun, there’s time for homework, creativity, and quiet moments too — so they leave feeling balanced and happy.
The AB Kids Club is where movement meets joy — and every child belongs.
Children may choose on the day which activity option they would like to participate in.
Healthy afternoon tea snacks are prepared daily onsite and include a variety of fruit and vegetables. Our menu rotates seasonally to encourage children to become more curious and excited about trying new and varied foods. Individual dietary requirements are considered, and we will endeavour to provide a substitute menu where necessary.
Our AB Bus and Walking Bus currently collects children from the following schools on Tuesday & Wednesday’s

- Strathfield North Public School
- OLA North Strathfield
- Victoria Avenue Primary School
